The shop does not take returns or exchanges. If you would like a picture of your plant/packaging prior to shipment, please request one. The shop is not responsible for items once they are shopped. Please remember that shipping can be hard on and stressful for plants, thus sometime damage is inevitable. Despite our no refund or exchange policy, if there are any concerns about your order prior, during, or after shipment, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order.
